Pritz was awarded the Outstanding Wheat County Agent Award at the annual Texas County Agricultural Agent Association (TCAAA) meeting in San Antonio.  This is the third year for a wheat award, sponsored by the Texas Wheat Producers Board, to be given at the TCAAA awards ceremony.Pritz

“We truly appreciate Robert’s dedication and service to the wheat producers of the State of Texas,” Texas Wheat Executive Vice President Rodney Mosier said. “It is because of dedicated individuals like Robert that Texas wheat producers are among the most progressive in the nation.”

Pritz has provided leadership for the Big Country Wheat Conference, Tri-County Wheat Fied Day, Marketing Club Meetings, and the Big Country Farm, Ranch and Wildlife Expo.  All of the programs listed served producers by providing information and resources to better equip Texas wheat producers.

Pritz also coordinated activities related to the variety trials, fertilizer application studies and tillage trials in Taylor County.  The results from these activities are used annually by producers across the Rolling Plains region.

The Board also thanks all County Agents for their continued support of wheat related programs.  Their assistance to wheat producers across the state is invaluable and greatly appreciated.
