2013 Wheat Field Days Scheduled

Every year Texas AgriLife Extension and Research coordinate the Texas Uniform Variety Trials with funding from the Texas Wheat Producers Board. These variety trials provide essential information about the growth performance of popular varieties. Wheat field days have been scheduled across the state to evaluate the progress of the trials and discuss wheat management issues.  Check the dates below to find a field day in your area. We will continue to add dates as they are scheduled.

April 16 – Colorado County

April 19 – Hamilton & Bosque Counties

April 26 – McLennan County

May 1 – Hale County

May 2 – Concho/McCulloch Counties

May 3 – Taylor/Callahan Counties

May 7 – Ellis Counties

May 8 – Lamar (AM)

May 9 – Collin (AM)

May 10 – Cooke County

May 15 – Hardeman County

May 16 – Carson County

May 16 – AgriPro/Syngenta Field Day

May 22 – Etter Field Day
