The National Wheat Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2025 BASF Scholarship. Two scholarships of $2,500 each will be awarded to college students pursuing a career in agriculture, with preference given to those majoring in fields that directly benefit the wheat industry.
To be eligible for a Wheat Scholarship, students must:
- Be a current freshman, sophomore, or junior in college pursuing an agricultural-related degree; preference will be given to, but not limited to, students whose major
will directly benefit the wheat industry. - Be enrolled in an accredited college, university, junior or community college.
- Be a member of the National Association of Wheat Growers (NAWG) or a state affiliate like TWPA; have a close relative (parent, grandparent) who is a member of NAWG; OR be nominated by someone sitting on the NAWG Board of Directors or a state wheat association board.
- Have not been awarded a scholarship from NWF in the past.
