The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service has scheduled a farm bill educational program on Wed. Oct. 22 at the The South Texas Farm and Ranch Show, Victoria Community Center, 2905 E. North St., Victoria.. The program will help agricultural producers make informed decisions about the new 2014 farm bill.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. and classes will be held from 9-11 a.m. Texas A&M AgriLife Extension specialists will discuss relevant issues in the farm bill and demonstrate the use of the online decision aid calculator from the Agricultural and Food Policy Center (AFPC) at Texas A&M University.
